All our staff are carefully chosen not only for their academic qualifications but also for the commitment and enthusiasm they have demonstrated in their care of young children.  Staff appraisal and training ensure continued high standard of professionalism.  OFSTED requires certain levels of staff to child ratios but at The Grove we provide more staff than is necessary under the guidelines giving you peace of mind and your children the attention they deserve.

Your key worker will help settle your child into The Grove and will be available to discuss your child’s needs and report back on your child’s welfare. Feed back and communication are vital to ensure your child receives the best possible care and education so every day you will receive a written report on your child’s progress and their day.
